·Responsible for management, implementation, execution and support of BIOS and UEFI-based firmware products.
·Ensure that the product’s technical, quality and schedule requirements are met in a cost effective manner.
·Responsible for managing and improvement of engineering work processes and interfaces between engineering and other disciplines.

·Lead, develop and motivate engineers to deliver excellence in all activities; inspire and bring out the best in people.
·Oversee all design activities to ensure both product requirements and schedules are met.
·Work with product management to define customer requirements and effectively address customer issues.
·Work with customers and partners to help them understand technical aspect of products.
